Site-Sift Listings upgrade to v1.3

The wait is over, here is the new update of the popular directory script: Site-Sift Listings!

It has many new features from:

-Link scan that will check for broken links
-Security Image (help prevent spam)
-Integrated for paypal subscriptions
-Ready to use for 2CheckOut payments
-Coupons (not supported by 2Checkout at this time)
-Domain banning
-E-mail templates for approval/deny emails
-Paid listings can be set to expire after a certain number of days
-Multiple link approval/delete/renew with one click (the most important)

The most changes are in the background (admin section) allowing you to easilier edit submissions in the admin of the web directory.
